The Future Blooms from the Roots We Nurture Today

An epic story where ancestry meets advanced technology. In 2075, Ayrá, an indigenous gamer, challenges a tech giant to rehumanize the future and save her world. The development of this project was supported by the Ibermedia Program.

Ayrá's Journey

The Village

In 2075, Ayrá lives in a Photovoltaic Village, where she preserves ancestral traditions while mastering the universe of electronic games, balancing two seemingly opposite worlds.

The Invitation

Recognized for her exceptional talent, Ayrá receives an invitation to participate in the eCup, the eSports World Cup, held in eCity, an ultra-technological floating metropolis.

The Discovery

In eCity, besides competing, Ayrá discovers the dark secrets of the Technological Giant, including the suppression of a more human past and plans that threaten her village.

The Revolution

Expelled for exposing the truth, Ayrá returns to her village and leads the #Reforest movement, uniting technology and ancestral wisdom to initiate the rehumanization of the planet.

Ancestry is the New Technology

In the film, indigenous ancestral wisdom is not just history - it's the innovation that will save the future. Ayrá demonstrates that century-old rites and traditional knowledge offer solutions to environmental crises that isolated technology cannot solve. Ancestry becomes the true disruptive technology, transforming cold algorithms into living systems connected to nature. Watch the trailer!

Two Worlds in Contrast

Photovoltaic Village

Community that harmonizes tradition and sustainable technology. With warm color palette and organic shapes, the village represents an alternative future where technical advancement respects natural cycles.

  • Technology powered by renewable sources
  • Lush vegetation and biodiversity
  • Community and collaborative spaces

eCity

An ultra-technological floating metropolis, where digital has supplanted organic. Dominated by cold tones, straight lines and artificial surfaces, eCity represents a future where technology has advanced at the expense of humanity.

  • Futuristic and minimalist architecture
  • Omnipresent augmented reality
  • Controlled and synthesized nature
  • Constant surveillance and automation

Artistic Approach

Hero's Journey

Classical narrative structure that follows Ayrá's transformation from a young gamer to revolutionary leader. Her personal journey reflects the very transformation she seeks for the world, in a powerful and universally resonant narrative.

Visual Contrasts

Aesthetic that explores the dualism between the organic (village) and high-tech (eCity). The art direction works with opposing color palettes: warm and earthy tones for the village and cold, metallic tones for the technological metropolis.

Symbolism

Objects such as Eva's analog camera and the ancestral tree of the village gain profound meanings, representing memory, connection, and regeneration. These visual elements carry the emotional and thematic weight of the narrative.

Real and Virtual

The film's climax mixes reality and metaverse, creating a unique visual experience where the final confrontation transcends physical and digital boundaries, representing the very integration that the #Reforest movement proposes.
